Misrepresentation — Not the Fourth Edition,
This is an old edition, unlikely to be useful if you attend Big Book studies. Why AA is protecting its real Big Book from Kindle and .pdf downloads is beyond me, but Amazon.com is not being forthright in its advertising of this product, probably through no fault of their own.

AA Big Book, First 164 Pages,
The “Doctor’s Opinion”, and the first 164 pages are the only required readings. This has not changed from first through fourth editions. Only the “Forwards” to each addition, and stories have changed. Stories are nice but not going to be necessary for permanent sobriety.

Not the 4th Edition?,
Buyers should be aware that this is most likely not the most recent edition (4th) as published by Alcoholics Anonymous World Services Inc., but an earlier edition that is no longer copyright protected by AA. That being said, any edition is better than no edition if you are searching for the Big Book.
